Fifth Avenue Medical Associates (FAMA) provides a comprehensive Telemental Health Platform that gives practitioners and healthcare providers the ability to deliver mental health and substance abuse services to clients in the privacy of their home .

Our Telemental Health Platform host a full array of applications necessary for the effective delivery of home based, direct to client services. Applications hosted on our platform include audio and video teleconferencing (Zoom, Doxy.me, etc.), electronic health records (Epic, Cerner, ICANotes, etc.), and secure email and faxing applications. Our platform also supports Microsoft Office 365, giving practitioners and healthcare providers access to Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

Our Telemental Health Platform includes an Active Directory, which has the capacity to coordinate multi-users' access and privileges to applications and other resources within FAMA's workspace environment. Our Active Directory can connect to a healthcare provider's on-premise Active Directory, giving users access to their company's on-premise network.

Fifth Avenue Medical Associates' Telemental Health Platform contains storage facilities for individual users and shared storage facilities that can be accessed by multiple users simultaneously. It has data backup and retrieval capacity to prevent loss of data and the retrieval of data and files. FAMA's Telemental Health platform contains a filing system that supports Patient Charting. Patients' charts are organizes by providers and by the following patient information: demographics, insurance, contacts, notes, records, and patient medication logs. FAMA's Patient Charting system has the capacity to restrict user access to specific patient information or assign multiple users simultaneous access to all or some patient information. FAMA’s workspace platform also supports migrating to a “paperless office” in the cloud. FAMA’s file sharing, storage and servers allow medical group practices to establish and maintain an administration filing system in the cloud. This virtual filing system supports the essential administrative functions carried out in a medical practice: billing, records, fiscal/accounting, legal, human resources, policy & procedures, forms, notices, and training protocols.

FAMA's Telemental Health Platform is fully HIPAA Compliant. It provides end-to-end encryption of data in transit and at rest. This ensures Protected Health Information (PHI) is transmitted securely over our system. Because our Telemental Health Platform is cloud-based, all PHI transmitted and stored on our platform is segregated from data and files on a practitioner's or healthcare provider's home or private computer. This prevents the co-mingling of PHI with personal data and files. Similarly, our healthcare platform prevents all data and files generated by applications running in our environment from being copied to a user's private computer or to any removable storage devise such as a flash drive, USB drive or CD. Our workspace platform also uses Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), providing the highest level of security against unauthorized access to our workspace environment.

Fifth Avenue Medical Associates' Telemental Health Platform runs on any computer and can be accessed from a web browser anywhere in the world. FAMA's Telemental Health Platform comes with a BAA Agreement.
